- Check out time: 12:00 pm
- Late check out is not allowed
- Pets is not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed
- 24 hours’ reservation service
- Price include breakfast
- Charge for additional breakfast request: IDR 100,000 for adult and IDR 50,000 for child
- Extra mattress IDR 300,000
- No additional charge for children under 6 years old when sharing with parents
- IDR 500,000 as a safety and refundable deposit will be collected upon check in

Cancellation Policy:
We provide full refund for any booking cancelled 7 days BEFORE the check-in date.
For any cancellation made within 6 days BEFORE the check-in date, the First night penalty/charges will be applied.
All cancellation & refund is subject to a processing fee of + Bank or Payment Gateway Charges.
